For me, feeding someone is the purest way to say 'I love you.' I’ve spent years perfecting the balance of flavors—knowing exactly how much eshta makes the cream rich without being heavy, and how long to soak the layers so it’s soft but not mushy.
Layered is my kitchen table, extended to the whole city. It’s tradition, patience, and a whole lot of soul.
Lala – The Hype
That love mama talks about? I inherited a double dose. But I’m also obsessed with the details. I’m the one ensuring that crunch sounds like ASMR, that the layers look perfect on your feed, and that every unboxing feels like a gift.
My job is to take mama’s timeless recipes and give them a modern energy. I bring the obsession, the aesthetic, and the noise!
